At Frankensolar, we utilize a standardized internet gateway that is pre-set to minimize IT-related issues on-site, thereby reducing delays and lengthy troubleshooting often unrelated to the solar installation itself.

Our LTE/3G Internet Gateway provides:

• Durable Microhard Cube with dependable 3G or LTE cellular network connectivity
• Built-in high-power (1W, 2.4GHz) WiFi access point
• Integrated, robust 5-port fast ethernet switch (4 ports available)
• Broad AC input voltage range from 85 to 264Vac, 50/60Hz
• NEMA 4X enclosure for straightforward, clean outdoor installation
• Enclosure can be secured with a padlock
• Ambient temperature rating from -40degC to 70degC
• System configurations are clearly marked on the enclosure door
• Compatible with wired (Ethernet) or wireless (WiFi) devices (e.g., Datamanagers, Inverters, Smart-Meters, SCADA, etc.)

The key feature:

• Everything is pre-set and ready to go online, just connect AC power
• Includes unlimited data (with reduced speed) on Bell Canada's network, with free roaming on other Canadian networks if Bell is unavailable. (Customer's Credit Card Credentials required for signup/configuration).
• Extremely low monthly fee: CAD $15/month (each customer has their own contract, easy contract management!)
