If fastening into the roof substructure isn't possible, EJOT's Solar Adjustable Trap Bracket (ATB) is the answer. It's perfect for securing mounting systems for photovoltaic and thermal solar setups directly onto trapezoidal exposed-fastener metal roofs.
Completely adjustable
The EJOT Solar ATB is compatible with nearly all standard trapezoidal metal roof profiles and insulated foam panels.
It can be adjusted to match the width of the specific roof profile’s crown and provides height flexibility for attaching various mounting and rail systems, whether top rail or side rail mount.
Simple installation
No extra sealants are needed, as the bracket seals with an adhesive rubber sealant.
Features and technical specifications
Installation involves placing the bracket on the roof profile's crown and tightening the nut to fit the required width. The bracket is secured with special thin sheet metal screws – the EJOFAST self-drilling screws JF3-2-5.5-25 (JF3-2 - #12-1’’) made from SS grade 304 with a casehardened carbon steel drill point and pre-assembled EPDM-bonded SS sealing washers Ø 5/8’’.
The screws are technically approved according to IBC 2009 and 2012 for all standard roofing sheet metal gauges (IAPMO ER 276). These unique screws enable easy, chip-free, and quick installation while providing high pull-out resistance.
Kit contents
The complete set includes one EJOT Solar Bracket and four EJOFAST screws. All parts are made of stainless steel grade 304.
